Purpose and Activities
The purpose of the foundation is to support programs designed to promote integral education of children and youth; and sustainable environment so that youth are agents of development. Special emphasis is directed toward underserved sectors.
Background
Established in 1999 - Mindful of the political and social changes as well as the critical needs of the historical and social time in our country, decided in 1999 legally constitute a Civil Association called Vinculos y Redes
