Purpose and Activities

The foundation provides support for charitable, religious, scientific, literary and educational activities that benefit the greater Hartsville, South Carolina area.


Established in 1975; supporting organization of American Red Cross, Black Creek Arts Center, Boy Scouts of America, Brookgreen Gardens - Huntington Society, Brookgreen Gardens Center, Christmas in April, Coker College Library, Coker College Performing Arts, Darlington County Free Medical Clinic, Edventure, ETV, Governor's School for the Arts, Governor's School for Development Project, Hartsville Civic Choral, Hartsville Food Bank, Hartsville YMCA, Hartsville Meals on Wheels, Hollings Cancer Center, Pucks Theatre, and South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities
