The foundation ignites hope and opportunity to economically challenged youth and families, and continues to be a pillar of inspiration through humanitarian efforts that aid as a stepping stone for those less fortunate who seek higher education and athletic mentorship.


Established in 1998 - Founded by Duane Starks, a former NFL cornerback. Sparks played for the Baltimore Ravens (1998-2001), Arizona Cardinals (2002-2004), New England Patriots (2005), and Oakland Raiders (2006-2007). With the Ravens, he won Super Bowl XXXV in 2001
