Purpose and Activities

The foundation provides college scholarship grants, along with financial aid and educational counseling, to the children of Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident; the foundation also provides financial assistance to wounded Special Operations forces and their families.


Established in 1980 in FL as the Col. Arthur D. "Bull" Simons Scholarship Fund; merged with the Family Liaison Action Group and Spectre Association Scholarship Fund and changed to current name in 1995.
