Purpose and Activities

The conservatory provides free music instruction to low-income children, as well as affordable music lessons, to children and adults throughout Los Angeles County.


Established in 2001 in CA - Founded by Michael "Flea" Balzary, a musician and actor who is best-known as the bassist and co-founding member of the rock group Red Hot Chili Peppers. He is also the voice of the character Donnie Thornberry in the cartoon series "The Wild Thornberrys"
