Trust established in 1955 in FL - Mr. Selby came to Florida in 1909 and established residence there soon afterwards. He died in 1956, leaving an estate in excess of $3 million. More than a year before his death, he had set up a charitable trust with the Palmer National Bank and Trust Company, now known as the First Union National Bank of Florida. Under the terms of his will, approximately one-half of his estate was bequeathed to the foundation. The balance of the estate continued in trust for the benefit of Mrs. Selby, now deceased. The bank was named sole trustee
