Purpose and Activities

The purpose of the foundation is to help identify and address community issues that are beyond the normal scope of State Employees’ Credit Union. The foundation will promote local community development primarily through high impact projects in the areas of education, health, and human services.


Established in 2001 in NC; funding initiated in 2004 - In 2004, the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union created the foundation as a vehicle to identify and address community needs through the collective power of the members of the credit union.
