Purpose and Activities

The foundation will generate monies that will be used to purchase items for local hospitals to improve the quality of stay for children with cancer and their families, as well as fund cancer research at a local level.

Established in 2004 in WA - Founded by Mark Rypien, a former football player. Rypien was a quarterback for the Washington Redskins (1986-1993), Cleveland Browns (1994), St. Louis Rams (1995, 1997), Philadelphia Eagles (1996), Atlanta Falcons (1998), Indianapolis Colts (2001), and Seattle Seahawks (2002). In 1988 and 1992, he helped the Washington Redskins win the Super Bowl; he was named Super Bowl MVP in 1992
