Established in 2007 in CA - Founded by Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and Benji Madden. From 2003 to 2007, Nicole Richie co-starred in the television reality series "The Simple Life;" she is also the author of the novel "The Truth about Diamonds." Joel Madden is the lead vocalist for the band Good Charlotte, whose albums include "The Young and the Hopeless," "Chronicles of Life and Death," and "Good Morning Revival." Benji Madden (Joel's identical twin brother) is the guitarist and backup vocalist for Good Charlotte.
