Purpose and Activities

The foundation receives and administers funds to design, construct, establish, maintain, operate, and supervise a presidential library, a museum, a Center for Public Affairs, and a Presidential Learning Center, all of which honor former U.S President Ronald Reagan and his legacy.


Established in 1985 in CA - Founded in the name of the late Ronald Reagan. As an actor, Reagan co-starred in the films "Knute Rockne, All American" (1940) and "Kings Row" (1942); from 1947 to 1952, he served as president of the Screen Actors Guild. From 1967 to 1975, he served as the 33rd Governor of California, and from 1981 to 1989 he served as the 40th President of the United States
