Established in 1990 in MD - Founded by Thomas L. Phillips, a publisher of books, newsletters, and online information services. Mr. Phillips was a founding member of the Newsletter Publishers Association, and served as President of the Association. In 1994, he was elected as the first member of the Newsletter Publishers Hall of Fame. Phillips is currently Chairman of Eagle Publishing, Inc., which was purchased by Salem Communications, and is now called Salem Eagle.
