The foundation promotes the future success of disadvantaged youth by assisting programs that provide the necessary leadership and growth opportunities for youth who are at-risk.

Established in 1999 in OH - Founded by professional football player Peyton Manning. Manning is currently the quarterback for the Denver Broncos, and had previously been the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. He is considered one of the best quarterbacks of all time. A four-time Most Valuable Player, Manning (son of former quarterback Archie Manning and brother of current quarterback Eli Manning) is an 12-time Pro Bowl selection, and was the MVP of Super Bowl XLI. Manning holds multiple passing records, including highest passer rating for a season, and the largest touchdown/interception differential.
