Mille Lacs Equal Rights Foundation (MERF) is a 501c3 non-profit corporation recognized as a private foundation. MERF’s mission is to educate, advocate and litigate for equal rights for all residents, tribal and non-tribal who live within and around government designated Indian communities in Mille Lacs County. All proceeds go to support our legal defense fund. Donations payable to Mille Lacs Equal Rights Foundation are Tax Deductible. As a member you will be kept abreast of the narrative and will be given other easy and convenient ways to support the effort.
