Established in 2004 in CA and NV - Founded by Paul, Lilly and Elisabeth Merage. Mr. Merage is an Iranian-American entrepreneur who co-founded Chef America Inc. (later sold to Nestle for $2.6 billion), a successful frozen foods distribution company which is well known for its invention of the microwaveable snacks Hot Pockets. He is chairman of Falcon Investment Management, Stoneridge Capital Partners, and Silverpoint Investments.
