The foundation provides funding for life-saving cardiac procedures for individuals who, due to limited means and no insurance, would be otherwise unable to receive life-saving treatment.
Established in 1988 in MD - Founded by Larry King, a television and radio personality, who from 1985 to 2010, hosted the television talk show "Larry King Live," for which he won an Emmy Award, two Peabody Awards, and ten Cable ACE Awards. In 1996, he was inducted into the Broadcasters' Hall of Fame.
