Established in April 1995 in KY - Founded by W. Douglas "Doug" Pelfrey, a former professional football player. Mr. Pelfrey was a placekicker for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1993 to 1999, and was the 1999 "Whizzer" White NFL Man of the Year.
