Founded by singer-songwriter Alicia Augello-Cook, whose stage name is Alicia Keys. Keys's debut album "Songs in A Minor" won five Grammy Awards in 2002, including Song of the Year for its single "Fallin'"; in the same year she also won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist. Her other albums include "The Diary of Alicia Keys" (2003) and "As I Am" (2007) which earned her an additional three Grammy Awards. She also co-starred in the 2008 film "The Secret Life of Bees." She was named the top R&B artist of the 2000-2009 decade by Billboard magazine
