The foundation supports youth baseball programs.


Established in 1996 in MO - Founded by Dorrel Norman Elvert "Whitey" Herzog, a former professional baseball player and manager. As a player, Mr. Herzog was a outfielder for the Washington Senators (1956-1958), Kansas City Athletics (1958-1960), Baltimore Orioles (1961-1962), and Detroit Tigers (1963). As a manager, he worked with the Texas Rangers (1973), California Angels (1974), Kansas City Royals (1975-1979), and St. Louis Cardinals (1980-1990). With the Cardinals, he won the World Series Championship in 1982. In 2010, Herzog was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame
