Purpose and Activities
The purpose of the organization is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of south-east and eastern regions of england in general and harlow and its surrounding area in particular ('clients') By the relief of poverty, sickness and distress and the advancement of education in the interests of social welfare in order that their conditions of life may be improved and the formulation, preparation and establishment of schemes therefor.
