Established in 2004 in PT; The D. Anna de Sommer Champalimaud and Dr. Carlos Montez Champalimaud Foundation was created by the last will and testament of António de Sommer Champalimaud as a private institution regulated under Portuguese law and by the statutes published in Diário da Republica on January 21st 2005.
