Purpose and Activities

Established in 2000 in IL - Founded by the late Hon. Spencer Williams, who was the Founding Father and First President of the Federal Judges Association, and a federal judge in Northern California. The source of the funding for the foundation was the undistributed proceeds of a class action that Judge Williams presided over.
