Purpose and Activities

The organization teams with the Kansas City Chiefs Offensive Line to raise money for the Down Syndrome Guild, the Down Syndrome Clinic at Children's Mercy Hospital, and other Down syndrome organizations; to raise awareness of Down syndrome and the services of the Clinic and the Guild; and to create positive images of those with Down syndrome. .


Established in 1992 in KS - Founded by Eugene Clifton "Gene" Stallings, Jr., a former football player and coach. Stallings coached for the University of Alabama football team (as assistant coach from 1958 to 1964, then as head coach from 1990 to 1996), Texas A&M (1965-1971), the Dallas Cowboys (1972-1985), and the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals (1986-1989). In 1992, he coached the Alabama Crimson Tide to the NCAA National Championship
