Purpose and Activities

The foundation supports programs designed to promote community development; and support community organizations that contribute to the quality of life in Elgin and surrounding communities. Special emphasis is directed toward programs designed to promote housing for low or moderate-income individuals; benefit local performing art groups; promote educational initiatives that enhance and expand youth development; and provide scholarship funds to local, deserving students.
