Purpose and Activities

The foundation makes grants to other charitable organizations that focus on assisting minorities.


Established in 1994 in OH - Founded by Isaac Curtis and Louis Breeden, both of whom are former NFL players. Curtis was a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1973 to 1984, and was selected to the Pro Bowl four times, from 1973 to 1976. Breeden was a cornerback for the Bengals from 1977 to 1987
