Established in 1997 in CA - Founded by Steve Martin, an actor, comedian, writer, playwright, producer, musician, and composer. His film work includes "The Jerk," "Pennies from Heaven," "Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid," "The Man with Two Brains," and "Roxanne." His comedy albums "Let's Get Small" and "A Wild and Crazy Guy," each received a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. He wrote the play "Picasso at the Lapin Agile" and a novella "Shopgirl" which was a New York Times bestseller. In 2005, he was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, as well as the Kennedy Center Honors in recognition of his lifetime of contributions to American culture in 2007. In 2013, he was awarded an Academy Honorary Award.
