Purpose and Activities

Giving primarily to programs that assist young people, ages 8-18, in developing competencies that will enable them to grow, develop their skills and become healthy, responsible and caring youth and adults. The foundation is particularly interested in programs for low-income youth that operate year-round, and address academics, personal and social competence, health and physical well-being, preparation for work, special interests and talents, leadership and citizenship and/or parent involvement. The trust also seeks to support youth development organizations in one of two areas: program enhancement or capacity building.
