Purpose and Activities

The mission of the foundation is to offer scholarships to Hong Kong’s youth, the provision of medical services, aid to victims of natural disaster or illness, and projects benefiting Hong Kong residents and organizations. Scholarships to students studying dance, drama, film and tv, music, Chinese traditional theater, and the technical arts at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, film and tv at the Hong Kong Baptist University, and music at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Established in 1988 - Founded by Chan Kong Sang, (professionally known as Jackie Chan), a Hong Kong actor, action choreographer and martial artist, who is known to movie audiences for his acrobatic fighting style. Some of his film credits include "Rush Hour," "The Spy Next Door," and "The Karate Kid"
