The mission of the foundation is to motivate youth to become better scholars, citizens, and athletes; and to serve as leaders and role models for their peers.

Established in 1994 in TX - Founded by the late Robert Randall "Bobby" Bragan. Bragan played for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1940 to 1942, and the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1943 to 1944, and 1947 to 1948. He also was the manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1956 to 1957, the Cleveland Indians in 1958, and the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves from 1963 to 1966.
