About

Established in 1998 in VI - Founded by Dave Matthews and the Dave Matthews Band. Dave Matthews and the band were Grammy-award winners for Best Rock Vocal performance for "So Much to Say" in 1997. In addition to Matthews, band members Carter Beauford, Stefan Lessard and Boyd Tinsley serve on the foundation's board. In February 2010, the band released the album "The Haiti Relief Project," contributing its proceeds to relief funds for earthquake victims
