Purpose and Activities

The fund provides financial assistance to IRS recognized charities that were important to Aaliyah, such as breast cancer, AIDS, and Alzheimer's disease.


Supporting organization of the Johnson Cancer Center Foundation and the Revlon Run/Walk For Women - Founded in the name of the late Aaliyah Haughton, a musician whose studio albums included "Age Ain't Nothing But a Number," "One in a Million," and "Aaliyah." She earned a Grammy Award nomination in 2001 for her single "Try Again," which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the same year. Aaliyah perished in a plane crash in 2001
