Purpose and Activities

The purpose of the organization shall be to promote pavement preservation as a proactive approach in maintaining our highways; to promote and educate the public on the value of pavement preservation in reducing the use of new virgin road materials, reducing energy costs and reducing green house gases; and to conduct research and studies on pavement preservation methodologies.
