Our Mission: To support and strengthen LSU OMS departmental education, research and service missions of the Postdoctoral Program by funding 1) department scientific and clinical research programs, 2) faculty, resident, and fellow salaries to a competitive level, 3) travel to scientific meetings, 4) capital equipment and clinic space, and 5) other department and educational activities as deemed appropriate by the JKOMS Foundation. The Jack Kent Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation (JKOMSF) was formed by a group of alumni of the LSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) Residency Program in New Orleans.
