TO TEACH ADULTS THE BASIC SKILLS OF READING, WRITING, SPEAKING AND UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH IN ORDER TO EMPOWER THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. LCNV ALSO RECRUITS AND TRAINS VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE AS INSTRUCTORS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ADULT LEARNERS.
