The Buffalo Legacy Project, Inc. was founded on the belief that local government, the not-for-profit community, local businesses and citizens can achieve together things that none could achieve working alone. Buffalo Legacy is based on building partnerships, pooling resources, and working collaboratively for the common goal of strengthening our community. By recognizing that contemporary economic constraints essentially preclude the ability of the government alone to meet the excess demand for public recreational and educational resources, Buffalo Legacy seeks to pool the resources of a diverse group of public and private partners to both invest in and oversee the construction of maintenance of facilities for the good of the entire community.
