Background
Established in 2013; The foundation is a local public foundation registered in August 2013 by Yangjing Street Office. It was also the first charity in Shanghai that is allowed to raise public funds. As a new attempt to explore and reform the community governance, the foundation tries to mobilize resources inside and out of the community for philanthropic development. Vision: Build a mutual-help, harmonious and happy community.
