Established in 2015; It is a private foundation registered in April 2015. Activities include: helping the elderly, students in poverty, the disabled, and people with difficulties; fund charitable events; fund public services and philanthropic events in both urban and rural areas. The foundation has boards of directors, executive directors, supervisors and the secretariat operating under standard procedure. Both allocated and non-allocated donations from public institutions as well as community residents are acceptable. Money and in-kind goods will be used for organizing community philanthropic events to promote participation, rebuild public life, mobilize social capital, construct philanthropic values, meet community development and governance needs, etc.
