Purpose and Activities
To bridge resources and needs for public institutions, social organizations, and community members who are active to participate in the community governance, and thus promote the harmony and development in the community.
Background
The foundation was initiated by a volunteer association on Anzhen street and funded by 20 public institutions as well as public-spirited individuals. It is a private foundation registered in the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. The purpose of the foundation is to organize charitable events. Values include love, devotion, sharing, and inheritance. It helps the elderly, the disabled, the poor, as well as people with difficulties, illnesses and it gives financial aid to certain vulnerable groups.
