Young people are the foundation of our future. They therefore need good training that qualifies them for a job. For many young people, starting life was already so difficult that they fail at this hurdle. We at the Vordertaunus community foundation have made it a matter of the heart for us to support disadvantaged young people on their way to a self-determined life. There are many reasons for disadvantage, and a migrant and refugee background is certainly one of the most common. This is where we come in to help people to help themselves together with the people and companies from the Vordertaunus region. We support projects and support programs that support young migrants and refugees from difficult backgrounds in training to qualify for a job. We want to enable participation through our commitment and thus contribute to the successful integration of young, disadvantaged people. This is a win for everyone in the region. The companies attract qualified junior staff and can thus counteract a shortage of skilled workers. The people in the region benefit from cultural diversity. Tolerance and respect grow through the mutual understanding that goes with it.
