Chocolate for Heroes, is a 501 (c)(3) charity that looks to brighten the lives of veterans through chocolate and equine therapy. Our two miniature horses, Bella and Daisy, accompany us to VA hospitals and VA events. We recognize that pain, abandonment, mental and physical well-being is something that inflicts so many of our veterans. The goal of Chocolate for Heroes is to put smiles on their faces, sweeten their day, and see them experience the most fascinating life-changing transformations from these spectacular little horses. We use our miniature therapy horse's heart to help heal a veteran's heart. Simply by being there, a presence, the heart-warming visits provide physical, mental and emotional healing these worthy veterans need and deserve.
