The Corporation will provide assistance to employees and/or family members of employees of Care One, LLC, Aveta, Inc. and their respective affiliates and to members of the communities in which the Companies operate, based on an objective determination of need or distress, and who are affected by any current or future civil or natural disaster, including, but not limited to, Superstorm Sandy, or have experienced an emergency hardship.
