Logging In
Your username and password are not case sensitive and may be typed using either upper- or lower-case letters when you log in.
Also, keep in mind that the system will automatically log you out if your connection remains inactive for more than 60 minutes.
Important: Your password belongs only to you and should be kept confidential. Subscribers under a multi-user plan may disclose their password only to the number of authorized additional users paid for under their plan. If at any time you think somebody else is using your password to access the service, immediately e-mail customerservice@foundationcenter.org or call (800) 424-9836.
