Logging In
Your User Name and Password are not case sensitive and may be typed using either upper- or lower-case letters when you log on to The Foundation Directory Online.
Also, keep in mind that the system will automatically log you off if your connection remains inactive for more than 60 minutes. To re-log on, simply go to the Log In Screen, retype your User Name and Password and click Enter.
Important: Your password belongs only to you and should be kept confidential if you have subscribed to a single-user plan. Subscribers under a multiple user plan may disclose their password only to the number of authorized additional users for which the subscription fee has been paid under this plan. If at any time you think somebody else is using your password to access The Foundation Directory Online, contact our Customer Service Department immediately by e-mail:
