Upgrading Your Subscription
The Foundation Directory Online provides a number of subscription options to meet the needs of individual subscribers as well as those of larger organizations. You can upgrade your subscription yourself from within the Subscriber Services area of the site. All available subscription plans are listed in Subscriber Services along with pricing, and they are explained clearly to help make upgrading simple.
To upgrade your subscription plan
1. Go to the green menu box in the upper right-hand corner of your Home screen and your Search screens.
2. Click the Upgrade link.
3. For security purposes we ask you for your password any time a change is to be made your account. Type your password into the text box, and click Submit.
4. Click Upgrade Your Subscription.
5. Select the subscription plan you wish to upgrade to by clicking the appropriate radio button.
6. Click Next to proceed.
7. Read the expanded explanation of the plan you selected, then click OK.
Note: In Step 7 you can also click Go Back if you change your mind and would prefer to select a different plan, or you can click Cancel to exit the upgrade process altogether without making any changes to your existing subscription.
8. Next you are presented with the Subscriber Agreement. Please review it then click I Accept to proceed to the final screen.
9. An email message confirming your upgrade will be sent out to you right away. Your new plan is now activated, and you can begin using it immediately.
